Sticky Fingers has developed a long working relationship with Stranmillis University College Belfast. For a number of years we have delivered a practical training session for the childcare studies students to support creative learning in early years settings.

We are now providing a full module on Creativity in the Early Years as part of the Stranmillis BA (Hons) Early Childhood Studies degree programme. This new programme is currently being delivered and will become a strong feature of the degree programme. We will also be directing a module in the new MA Early Childhood Studies degree programme.

Sticky Fingers is excited by the continuing professional association with Stranmillis as it represents an innovative and important development in the role of the arts in early years education.

Louth Leader Artist Training Programme

(Click to enlarge) 		Louth Leader Artist Training Programme was set up to train artists resident in County Louth in the Sticky Fingers approach to early years arts and then to work in playgroups as part of a guided artist and teacher training project. Sticky Fingers actively works to include early years arts provision as part of Northern Ireland teacher training. We are currently working with Stranmillis University (Belfast) on its new education degree courses.
