In 2007 Sticky Fingers began working with the children and staff from St Colman's Abbey Educational Centre for Physical Difficulties, Newry. We run weekly music sessions for this extraordinary group of children in a programme designed to enhance their physical and emotional reactions to music and to encourage development through a wide range of songs, musical activities, props and percussion. If you are interested in a similar programme running in your school please contact us.

Through the Rainbow was a year-long music programme that saw musicians working in nursery schools and playgroups. The musicians encouraged the children to find their voices and to explore the basic concepts of music using simple songs, musical games, action rhymes and percussion. It also aimed to help teachers deliver more regular music sessions in the classroom.
