In May 2007 we held our first international arts festival for early years. We had performances from the very best companies from Ireland, UK and Europe. It was a great success and attracted visitors from across the country.
We also had a wonderful family day as part of the festival, held in the beautiful Narrow Water Castle in Warrenpoint, where as well as attending professional shows and workshops visitors could picnic on the grass and enjoy walkabout story performances from enchanted creatures and characters telling the story of the castle's Bluebell Woods. Sticky Fingers Festival 2007 was supported by the Paul Hamlyn Foundation and the Foundation for Sport and the Arts.
